LAMBORGHINI RIDE-ALONG LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration of being permitted to participate as a passenger in a ride-along experience in a Lamborghini Huracán or Lamborghini Temerario (the "Vehicle") operated by John or Monica (the "Drivers") on July 3, 2026 (the "Event"), I, the undersigned participant, hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK. I acknowledge and understand that participating as a passenger in a high-performance vehicle ride-along involves inherent risks, dangers, and hazards, including but not limited to: vehicle accidents, mechanical failure, road hazards, and the actions of other drivers. I voluntarily assume all such risks, both known and unknown.
2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY. I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue John, Monica, and any associated parties (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me while participating in the Event.
3. INDEMNIFICATION. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur due to my participation in the Event, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.
4. MEDICAL CONDITIONS. I certify that I am in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating as a passenger in a high-performance vehicle. I understand that the ride may involve rapid acceleration, braking, and cornering.
5. RULES OF PARTICIPATION. I agree to follow all instructions given by the Driver at all times. I agree to remain seated with my seatbelt fastened throughout the ride. I agree not to distract the Driver or interfere with the operation of the Vehicle in any way.
6. PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE. I grant permission to the Released Parties to photograph or record video of me during the Event and to use such media for personal or social media purposes without compensation to me.
7. GOVERNING LAW. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the Event takes place. If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
8. ACKNOWLEDGMENT. I have read this waiver carefully, I understand its terms, I am signing it freely and voluntarily, and I intend my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
